Modern CNC mandrel bending, CNC machining, and laser cutting deliver consistent, high quality results. Each frame is made in a precision CNC machined welding fixture to ensure a perfect fit, every time. Kit includes a frame alignment jig, detailed install instructions with photos, and all the necessary mounting hardware for a seamless install.

Lower crossmember includes battery box mounting slots for easy installation.
Allows you to keep your stock Harley title/registration to prevent insurance & licensing headaches.

1957-1981 Ironhead Sportsters
1982-2003 Sportsters (a.k.a. solid mount)

2004 Models (only) feature a 3/4" diameter rear axle that requires a 3/4"-1" conversion bushing kit
