Modern CNC mandrel bending, CNC machining and laser cutting provide consistent high quality results. Each frame is made in a precision CNC machined welding fixture to ensure a perfect fit every time. Detailed install instructions with photos included and all the necessary mounting hardware for a seamless install.

  • 1-5/8" OD Backbone & 1-1/4" OD Rails are same diameter as original frame for a seamless looking transition.

  • Includes all required hardware and install instructions.

  • Works great with your stock wheel, tyre, brake, axle, spacers, etc.

  • All tubing is slugged at all frame attachment points for a high strength connection.

  • CNC Laser Cut Axle Plates with built in Chain Adjusters (3/8” Thick).

This will not fit the following bikes:

  • 1957-1981 Ironhead Sportsters

  • 2004-Present Sportsters (rubber mount)
